Bio: She is the daughter of Dougal MacKenzie, of Clan MacKenzie, one day her cousin and herself had gone exploring after they overheard Claire talking with Jamie about these rocks that she had come out of which they didn't know that she actually came from the future. Lillias decided she wanted to see these rocks for herself and so she went off to go find them. Once found she touched the center one and managed to find herself in 20th century, not in the 19th century.
